This sense-stimulating mist is a superb post-shower,

after you've toweled

off but skin is still a bit damp. In spray bottle

place 5 ounces distilled

water, 1 tsp olive oil, 6 drops rosemary essential oil

and 1 sprig fresh

rosemary. Shake well to mix spritz on as desired.
