Adrenal Surgery Long term risks

I am considering surgery as an option. I have seen great results posted for

many of you that have had surgery recently. My concern with surgery is the

worst case scenario outcome. I don't honestly even know what the worst case

scenario is.

What happens if someone removes an adrenal gland and the other goes bad? Do

they die?

What are the long term risks/worst case scenario for surgery?

After surgery do I have the same long term risks regarding heart and kidney

damage as without having surgery?

Thanks,
