I have been aware of this and WE try to live a humble ,simple life here.I do have a hard time with the humble part,my nature is a outgoing one,but I still try. I do see in the world that greed is getting bigger all the time,it saddens me.We try to remember out Spirituality ,and this is what helps. your story of Eve,well,there are story's like this in all the peoples of the world,so true or not,there is a lesson we need to learn.Women are the peace keepers,we need to listen to them,but not Hillery!!! History shows that, and not the history books from school either. Those were written by the conquerors. As I said the reason for the problems now, are billions of people, electronics (communication between countries, media telling a lot but not always the truth, and too many sheep). Man really isn't getting worse, it just seems that way. There are more evolved people now, than in the past, because there are more people. However, the sheep don't want to believe the truth as they are wrapped up in their own lives. And remember intent. What we focus upon, we create. They had to fight to survive, which meant the weather, wild animals, and because food was scarce and difficult to come by, man. Nope, don't think I want to go back. For the women,it would be work in the garden and cooking and gathering Herb's.which they did together alot and it was not rushed,just a nice walk through the woods with some other lady friends. It took many men to bring down a large animal, like a buffalo or stag. Heaven help them if they got hurt. The women had to raise the crops, using sticks and their hands to toil and weed the earth. They had to clean the animals that were hunted and skin them. They had to grind the corn with rocks. They had to chew the leather to make the leather soft for the clothes, it's why the women's teeth got ground down to nubs. They had to cook, watch the children, give child birth, and take care of their mates. To replenish their people and get new blood, they went on raiding parties, unless they had tribes near by, that they were friendly to and intermarriage could take place. Yes, I have read several books on the ways of the Indians. I have felt drawn to them from childhood. One of my past lives, that I remember, was a native maiden. Then there were the Vikings. Studied them too. Lol! Most of my life I was shy, but I was an avid reader from the time I could read. Got into plenty of trouble too, for reading way into the morning hours with a flashlight, from ten years old on. I got to go to the library once a week. I would bring home as many books as they would let me. There was a limit but I can't remember it now.
