Albumin serum low? calcim low? urine protien low? urea nitrogen low? cortisol low? renin low? aldo high? tsh low? t free high? and finally, how about an echodense solid kidney lesion 5mm that the notes on lab report also say (maybe AML)?? This is all in additon to the CAT showing multiple nodules and hyperplasia of both adrenals and non supressable aldo on saline supression testing.
