Guest guest
Did he mean because of the low testost or because you do not have PA that he said that spiro was not the med for you. Have they discussed low sodium high K diet? What are they proposing to use.CE Grim MDOn Apr 12, 2012, at 1:03 AM, wrote: I spoke with the doctor this evening and he told me that Spironolactone was absolutely and definately the WRONG medicine for me. Guest guest
Ask the men on the list. Most of us over 40 seem to have low T, before the spiro. It's not a rare thing, I suppose and not isolated. Many of the men, and it's mostly women on this list, have mentioned low T's. Sprio certainly didn't help, but DASH and exercise the right way and it's possible to stop the spiro. I know. I spoke with the doctor this evening and he told me that Spironolactone was absolutely and definately the WRONG medicine for me. He knows that I have Low T and that the issue is North of the border. Guest guest
Dr. Grim, you do not understand and please don't think I am being rude! The process is to gather all and I mean all the info. Study the data and then and only when he is at the best answer he can come up will he give it. Please understand this is a research project. I am learning about research vs projects which I have led many. Projects usualy have some critirea and a deadline among other things. Research tends to gather events and takes you down the path that is leads. Like many mazes there are more false directions and backtracks In the computer business this is a lot like when a program fails. You have to figure out what happeded and if you are real good you can look at the " Bit " level where everything is 0 or 1, on or off. I used to be able to do it, infact I used to be the instructor. If I can run 3 or 4 threads at the same time and bring them back together I can run fast for a while, and then the " big dog " needs to rest. And then we cycle . And now I'm recycling because I have drifted. Do you think being up 17+ hours, being NPO until 7:15 pm and trying to get all nutrition in one meal has anything to do with it? (2 hours after that " hogfest " my BS was 123! Diane was so disappointed that she couldn't " Stick it to me one more time! If I didn't say it, they did say I have a mild case of hyperaldosterone. > > > I spoke with the doctor this evening and he told me that > > Spironolactone was absolutely and definately the WRONG medicine for > > me. Guest guest
Well I am not sure there is such a thing as a mild case. But hey I have only been doing this for about 40 years likely before he was born. May your pressure be low!CE Grim MS, MDSpecializing in DifficultHypertensionOn Apr 12, 2012, at 22:14, <jclark24p@...> wrote: Dr. Grim, you do not understand and please don't think I am being rude! Guest guest
, please understand that I might not be most or normal and may be rare. In fact sometimes they change places like low K (wasn't that a requirement to DX PA once? maybe some guy named Dr. Conn, 1956? Just think outside the box for a minute, please. > > > Â > > I spoke with the doctor this evening and he told me that Spironolactone was absolutely and definately the WRONG medicine for me. Guest guest
What does age have to do with anything? I'm sorry but you just burst my bubble, the next thing I'll know is that you will think people " with ONLY a H.S. deploma " can't research as the nurse said! 17 minutes later I ha Cracked THE Case. I simply asked her to read one sentence. My only comment was Case Closed and I let her dry her own tears - I didn't cause them, her own guilt did! > > > > > > > I spoke with the doctor this evening and he told me that > > > > Spironolactone was absolutely and definately the WRONG medicine for > > > > me.
