On Friday I my left adrenal gland was removed. Other than pain caused by CO2, I'm doing well. More alert with much more clarity and energy. BP and heart rate are much lower and seem to be much more steady. Also have gotten rid of 8lbs of fluid since surgery. I'm thinking of trying another round of cardiac rehab - Has anyone done this after surgery (in a medical setting or on your own) and if so did you feel it helped in your overall recovery?

Oh that CO2 pain was the worst! It took almost a week to pass. I hope the good

progress continues for you

Essentially a work out program - cardio and strength training - monitored by

medical personnel
