will my medication interfere with testing?

I recently saw a endocrinologist for the first time. She wants me to have some

blood work done in two weeks and a 24 hr. urine collection in 3 weeks. I take

topiramate and I'm wondering if it will interfere with the testing. It just

occurred to me that I believe it's a calcium channel blocker and I think I've

heard mention that there's a problem with such things interfering with the

accuracy of test results. I would like to think that she would have mentioned

the possibility of a problem, but I've learned not to assumed anything!!
