Answers to your questions:Not all taken in AM before BP meds.Cuff is normal medium size and my arms are the same.I rarely get as low as 135/85 - more likely 140/90.I am using the DASH diet and I am taking 100 mg Inspra in the AM and 100 mg. Inspra in the PM.
