Here's another option - it's possible to set up a shared spreadsheet via Google

Documents. Not sure if everybody who accesses it will need to have a Google

account, but the document is stored in the cloud and would not require any sort

of local installation or saving.

For someone smarter then me the google spreed sheet can be set up to answer or

provide information. It can be setup so if you ask if PA has been DX and I say

no it will then go to pages that can set up that gives more information on how

to get DX. I also belive it can provide data to who ever sets up the

spreedsheet.
