Now I have known this for a long time. It also says to raise a garden. Well, if people live in an apartment, that could be very difficult! However, there are ways around it. Using large planters, tubs or containers for growing tomatoes works. Also, raising your own sprouts are very easy to do. It also, talks about dehydrating food. They actually last longer and takes up less space! We should always be prepared. As the prices go up, essentials become more expensive.
