Guest guest
More likely the MMS is releasing some toxins and your throat is getting sore from that. Many people get colds or flu symptoms, that they haven't had in years, after starting MMS. Seems it sets off healing crisis in the body in some people. I have always used more water than Jim recommended because I didn't like the strong taste that came with that small amount of water. Even when I use juice instead of water I still add more than Jim says. I don't think it dilutes the MMS effectiveness much, if at all. When I take AMMS regularly it does cut down on my appetite. I didn't loose any weight though. Other people did. Samala, -------Original Message------- Today I am up to 10 drops and I'm still mixing with 1/2 cup spring water each dose (which is right between the 1/3 and 2/3 Jim H. recommends) I was thinking this afternoon because I have that feeling of fullness and complete lack of appetite - Is it recommended to keep the amt of spring water added the same when increasing the drops? Does that affect the ppm solution or is it strictly the c.s. with citric acid that determines that? Seems the dilution of water would affect it somehow. Also, I started to get a very faint sore throat 3 days ago and now its getting more pronounced. Is there any chance that taking MMS is irritating my esophagus? Guest guest
In one interview, JH said something to the effect that the amount of water doesn't really matter much; he said if you put in more drops, it wouldn't be unreasonable to use more water. Guest guest
Thanks. I forgot to mention that this morning I woke up gasping for breath. My mouth was so cottony that I remember thinking there was no saliva and I couldn't swallow. This concerns me because I read something about how MMS could potentially be harmful to healthy amounts of mucous in the system. I was gasping for air and my mouth was more dry than I've ever experienced in my life. If I keep having experiences that are frightening, I'm going to have to stop taking this or seriously cut back my dose. I wonder if anyone has any ideas why this could have happened. andra This whole experience has not been without real concerns and scarey experiences for me- -- In , " Gaiacita " <gaiacita@...> wrote: > > More likely the MMS is releasing some toxins and your throat is getting sore > from that. Guest guest
Thank you . I may do that going past 10 drops. Today after a big bout of diarrh. and it making the entire bathroom STANK of chlorine dioxide I can only imagine how difficult it may be to take my morning dose tomorrow. YUCK! andra I have always used more water than Jim recommended because I didn't like the strong taste that came with that small amount of water. Guest guest
Dunno. But the only way to see if MMS is the cause is to stop and see if the symptoms clear up. Then you need to decide if they are symptoms from the MMS because your body doesn't like it, or are they die-off symptoms? It can be hard to tell the difference. If you stop and the symptoms stop, but you wish to continue with MMS because the benefits outside of the scary symptoms are good, then you will just need to monitor your doses carefully. Start slow, stay at a lower dose for a longer period of time. Remember, MMS works just as good at smaller doses for a longer time frame than trying to rush into high doses fast. You didn't get sick overnight, so just go slowly and carefully.
