The auto- immune system

Thanks. I have tried many different things for

allergies (pollen) including local honey. My idea with

the MMS was that if I relieved myself of other

pathogens in the body, it would strengthen the immune

system and since both colitis and allergies are

autoimmune (overactive immune system) eliminating the

" bad guys " means freeing up the immune system to focus

on only what is present in the moment so it can do

it's job fully. When the system is overloaded with

viruses, bacteria, etc. eventually the immune system

shoots into overdrive. Mine started back in 1990 with

CFIDS, systemic candida, etc and I beat that mostly

with macrobiotic diet, although I did other things

like walk on fire, hands on healing, light healing, 3

hrs meditation daily, sound healing, accupuncture,

massage, herbs, vitamin therapy - YOU NAME IT, I DID

IT! I think it all helped.

AND . . . . the good news is I got well in less than

18 months and I was so sick I couldn't walk for days

at a time for around 9 months.

Thank you for your " honey " reminder. I may just start

doing it again anyway.
