Guest guest
No, I dont think it would be effective. However, we are talking of very small amounts of lemon juice , citric acid , or vinegar. 4 drops to each drop of MMS. Then it is dilutd with juice or what I prefer , just water. Guest guest
Hi , I, too, have a hiatel hernia. Have you tried finding a chiropractor that knows how to pull them down? I've had mine for 30 years and have had it pulled down at least 100 times. I sleep on a 10 inch slant bed and never eat for at least 2 hours before I go to bed. I'm now so familiar with what the sensation is like when it slips up there that I've taught myself how to massage and pull it down myself. It really can be handled this way. I would go into the yellow pages and phone every chiro in your area and ask if they can do this for you. It could take a while, but if you can get that opening to heal a bit by keeping the hernia pulled down you'd be surprised how well this will work. Guest guest
, another fellow lymie here with hiatal hernia(small) and acid reflux if I do not eat right.I am currently trying the salt/c and even on the entry dose I am having reflux symptoms. I was wondering if you also had tried the salt/ c and had problems due to your condition. The both of us may just have to rife. Guest guest
Hi Edy and . Edy I'm with you. I had a hiatal hernia for many years and fortunately had a chiropractor who does the " pulling down " .(My mother never believed this was possible even though I sent her a photocopy from my chiropractor's manual!!) Notice I say " had " . After taking MMS for a couple of months no more hiatal hernia problem. I started taking MMS last(late)August and by October I never had my usual allergy problems even though we were having a rather bad season according to my internist. And I haven't had a problem with my hiatial hernia since then. I used the vinegar which was recommended back then and only took it once a day as was also the recommendation.MMS sure worked for me. Guest guest
Hi If you have an adequate amount of salt, as I do now, you may find both " hiatal hernia and chronic heartburn " come right (and very quickly). I once had both of those problems. Without adequate chlorine how can you make the HCL required for your digestion? And without enough sodium to give you strongly acting muscles to close off the acid from the stomach how can you stop the reflux?
