Guest guest
Hello Wheatgrass is a cure all. I have put together instructions on how to grow and juice your own wheatgrass, if anyone is interested. The first guy who asked for them had to wait a quite a while before I sent them but now it should be fast since all I have to do is copy and paste.Helenbeyourpassion <beyourpassion@...> wrote: http://members.optushome.com.au/juicers/40_benefits_of_wheatgrass_juice.htmI just started taking organic wheatgrass in powder form yesterday and also giving it to my cats. They like it in their wet food. I take it first thing in the morning as directed and feel sort of euphoric and calmed within a half hour.It has SOOOO many health benefits. Check out the link that lists the benefits.Purrrrs, andra Total Body Cleanse! Acid Reflux? Constipation? Guest guest
Helen/all, I've sprouted Alfalfa using a rudimentary sprouter. Can you do the same with wheatgrass or do you need a special sprouter? cahydesmond <cahydesmond@...> wrote: ---I am too! Guest guest
Wheat grass sprouts are not very good to eat. They are tough. I use to sprout wheat on trays, like cafeteria trys, When the grass was tall I would cut it and juice it in a manual wheat grass juice grinder. There is nothing better to supplement with.
