Have you tried something as simple as glucosomine/condroitian; or flax seed oil.Lydia Flynn <bflynn2@...> wrote: Hi everyone, I'm wondering if anyone has any pearls of wisdom on my crazy cracking problem. Guest guest
I can't say about the cracking, but I just used pineapple juice to try and activate the mms, (had no lemon) and it was a pretty good taste. I don't know how activated it was, but it did turn very yellow. [ ] Cracking like crazy Hi everyone,I'm wondering if anyone has any pearls of wisdom on my crazy cracking problem. Guest guest
Yes, I take many supplements including glucosamine/chondroitan, and it does help. It's just bizarre that I feel over-all much better but my articulations are getting worse. I know that lyme eats collagen, so I'm thinking that if I'm killing lyme and taking supplements, my articulations should be improving...but it's not the case here. Guest guest
---If collagen is eaten up by the Lyme would taking collagen help? Sometimes when Lyme has eaten away at your organs so much and you take the right supplements so that your body can convert what it needs from what you are taking it does not always work because the your organs do not function as well anymore. We all have deficiencies and malnourishment because of it. A lot of the supplements help but not as much as if we could use them properly. So I am wondering if taking collagen directly would help. Years ago I took collagen and it helped my bones, joints, muscles but I did not know why. I have been thinking about it again but did not know why I was. Any idea anyone if this has worked for anyone? cathy In , Lydia Flynn <bflynn2@...> wrote: > > Yes, I take many supplements including glucosamine/chondroitan, and > it does help. Guest guest
---Would this be the same herb that is used to help your veins? I have done a lot of IVS and I remember a nurse telling me about taking some herb that would help me with my veins so that I could continue taking the ivs. Is that it? cathy In , Dilworth <rogerdil@...> wrote: > > Yes, according to one of my herbal books, horsetail is indeed high in silica. Guest guest
Hello I think the herb you might be thinking of is called Horse Chestnut which is beneficial for veins. Here's a link that talks about some studies done.... http://www.raysahelian.com/horsechestnut.html I am not a representative for this herb. I have problems with Varicose Veins that cause me pain especially after over exertion. I used Horse Chestnut Herb for the pain and it is amazing how well it works for that. Here's another site that talks about Horse Chestnut... http://viableherbal.com/singles/Herbs/s365.htm On this website they say this > > > "Herbalists recommend Horse Chestnut for those struggling with unsightly varicose leg veins, and Horse Chestnut can improve the tone of veins and increase the flow of blood through them." (emphasis mine) Apparently Horse Chestnut works on all the veins and maybe even arteries. This is so typical of herbs. Often they are doing good things in your body that you aren't even aware is happening. Aren't herbs wonderful?
