Trying to make it taste less awful. The elderflower juice is one that is

diluted with water

and has citric acid in it and sulpher dioxide.

many thanks

I don't know. Any juice that has C in it should be avoided. There are many Knudson's juices in the grocery stores that have zero C. You can use fresh apple juice. Prune juice covers the taste good.

Humble says that the best method now, he thinks, is to just use extra lemon juice as the activator, and then after adding water, add a bit of stevia to make it like lemonade. Could do the same with lime juice.

-Thanks for the info, is that lemon on top of the citric acid? Why does he

recommend

many thanks
