Any acid will pull the phasphate out of the enamel. Best solution is to take the MMS and then give your mouth a quick rinse with distilled water.timea_moore <timea_moore@...> wrote: if yes, how do you all avoid it? same question for salt & C... Thanks Timea

When AMMS is just taken orally, in water as a drink there is no need to worry about tooth enamel. When used as a mouth rinse and as "toothpaste" it can make your teeth very sensitive. When you stop using AMMS this way, your teeth will return to normal. Not all people experience the tooth sensitivity, but I did. What I do now is use it a couple times a week as toothpaste, using something else on the off days. When I do use it as a toothpaste and rinse, I follow that with lots of water swished around in my mouth. I believe there are remineralizing toothpastes you can buy, too. I have no problems now with sensitivity, though you may have to experiment as to what works for you.

Thanks , it is reassuring. I only take it orally, I don't use it

as a mouthwash.

Thanks again
