I recently read that selenium is one of the only minerals that you can do harm if you take too much. Hi Ballady

I am not impresed in some ways - for the amount of sodium chloride present

in what I precipitate and then dissolve for myself, from sea water, would

have a NaCl content that would be in ppb. However the product is probably

okay. I suspect the list was prepared by someone unfamilar with the process.

I use the one from the Health and Wisdom site. It is cheaper and just as effective, IMO.
