Citric acid, citrus acids from lemon and lime, and vinegars are extremely damaging to teeth. He recommends vigorous rinsing with water..then brush teeth if you can. This needs to be done right after having the acidic food or drink. Most damage is done in the first few minutes of eating either acidic or sugary foods.
