I have been trying to make sure that I didn't drink any juice with vit

C when I take MMS.

Can salt and Vit C be used when using MMS or did I miss something and

not understand that correctly?

Thank you

sandy

Vitamin C, in any form, cannot be taken within 2 hours of MMS. C stops MMS from working. You can stay on the salt/c protocol, but you should do that during the day, and then take MMS before bed (at least 2 hours away from your last salt/C dose) so that the C doesn't interfere, and the MMS has all night to work.

---Thanks so much for the info.

I have listened to the DVDs but I forget things and I don't remember

anything except to not use any orange juice because of Vit C.
