Guest guest
Thank you L D for that suggestion of bicarb. However I tried the baking soda that Jim suggested and it worked temporarily as I have the same prob again this mng. I think I will try MMS again today, Jim made sense to me. Thing is I haven't had this problem this severe in over three years! Jim said I could take the baking soda about an hour after the MMS so that would be ok with me. Just don't want to go back on prevacid or nexium is all. I suppose I shouldn't drink coffee but am not willing to give that up just yet! Many thanks, Bonnie & CodyGas prices getting you down? Guest guest
I don't take MMS too often anymore, but after feeling fatigued for a few days, I took one drop in five drops lemon juice around 6 p.m. yesterday and I feel better today. As usual, I took ascorbic acid two to three hours afterwards. By that time, the MMS has already done its trick - I can tell by the trip to the bathroom at around 10:30 p.m. Point being I think you should take as little of AMMS as possible while still "feeling results" - strong as MMS is, it's hard not to feel something going on - and that purposefully taking vitamin C about two hours after the AMMS dose is beneficial, at least to me. Guest guest
You may have to keep working with the bi-carb an hour or so after each MMS dose Bonnie. Mind you, I'm unable to take the MMS myself due to way too strong a reaction so I understand where you are coming from. I was taking 1 to 2 drops each night but I've started a protocol for unblocking the methylation cycle. I'm not sure that IS my problem but experimentation may give me some answers. Best wishes........LD At 08:39 PM 17/06/2008, you wrote: Thank you L D for that suggestion of bicarb.
