I just recently started on green teas and herbal teas and feel they

are helping me lose weight and bring some readings back towards

normal. I did this based on the advice found at www.Deflame.com

where Dr. Seaman gives information on how to eat to keep inflammation

down.

But your story is interesting, and I sure hope you are wrong about the

fluoride in tea being enough to displace iodine.

Iodoral is a good product for someone who wants to " megadose " iodine.

There are a lot of articles by Abraham and others on this kind of iodine

therapy.

Southern by the grace of God? Me too! :0)
