Guest guest Posted April 27, 2008 Report Share Posted April 27, 2008 Please for those of you treating for lyme, what MMS dosing schedule have you found most useful.Please help me as I just received my bottle and wondering if JH's recommendation of starting with two drops, is the best way for lyme.Thanks , Theresa . Answer: I have found it easiest and most beneficial to find my level and take it once a day in the evening until I think I can increase amount of drops. Right now I am taking 7 drops with citric acid in the evening. I will increase to 8 here directly. If it is too much I will drop back down to 7. I plan on going on this way until I can take 15. When I am able to take 15 drops, I will change the pattern. I hope you have found an answer in MMS, as I hope I have. And I hope this answer will aid you.
