Guest guest
is that aquarium grade lugol [ ] Whole body iodine sufficiency I learned recently about iodine being required in greater quantities than has been indicated previously. See http://www.oasisadvancedwellness.com/learning/iodine-fulfillment-therapy.html The url was gained in a search with "Whole body iodine sufficiency". Very recently some folk have been asking about how much iodine to take. This article may bring you more up-to-date. From a drop of Lugol's Iodine Solution a day I have increased my intake to as much as 12 drops a day, in my endeavour to deal with a possible fungal infection - and to get sufficient iodine into my body. At 12 drops a day I had no indications of an excess, on the contrary I still indicate an iodine deficiency. Apparently, when 24 hours after taking iodine your test patch is only just starting to become less stained, you can consider your iodine levels to have become okay.
