Thanks to s mention of the endocrine system connection, I

looked into the issue of human growth hormone, and AOs (anti-oxidants.

It seems I found the good DHEA, which is a precursor (?) for

hgh; in this case, the hgh is needed to counter the interruption by

the mms, which I theorize was causing me to lose weight and seem to

age.

The Enzymatic Therapy brand of 7-Keto is DHEA acetate, and only 2-3

days on it, and it has greatly improved the haggard look, and changed

it to looking well.

Actually, that is just part of the protocol.

I began to take just 6 drops first thing, and 2-3 hours later began

to take 3-5,000 vitamin c, 400 mg e, 200 mg selenium, and 400 mg

alpha lipoic acid, and then repeat this twice again.

About 6 pm, I take the mms again.

At about 10 pm, I take the second dose of DHEA with the AOs.

I had been taking other brands of DHEA at other times and thinking

it just snake oil, but this stuff seems like the real deal.

So it seems that the mms just overwhelms my hgh output at those

doses- (8 drops, 3 x a day) -especially if I don't supplement AOs.
