Drying soup...that's a new one. Seriously, how did you make your food

dryer...if it's not too complicated to describe. I don't want to buy

a plastic food dehydrator because of concerns about the bad effects

of plastics on the body.

Or could you suggest a good dehydrator that is non-plastic and not

too expensive?
