Guest guest
Yes. Or from a good online vit store such as vitamin life or iherb.Lilo <liloredhead@...> wrote: Ok, so if I were to take Vitamin D, does anyone know how much Vitamin D one gets from sunshine? I'm living in the southwest and it's sunny every single day. Plus, I'm out in it for hours in a day. I watched the videos on it and thought the argument was quite convincing. Can one purchase Vitamin D3 from a regular health food store? Thanks again for everyone's help. Lilo
Guest guest
The older you get the harder it is for your body to produce vitamin D3 from sunshine. You could be in the sun all day and still be deficient. They only way to know for sure is to get your level tested and supplement according to need, then get retested to confirm that you are where you need to be. This is where I get mine: https://secure.bio-tech-pharm.com/catalog.aspx?cat_id=2 In , Lilo <liloredhead@...> wrote: > > Ok, so if I were to take Vitamin D, does anyone know how much Vitamin D one gets from sunshine?
