Guest guest
Dear List, Many of the postings on this list have been very valuable to me, even in the short time I have been on it. I appreciate it for being one of the best lists I am on (over 40 but I don't download msgs from all of them) for staying on topic and really helping virtually all the time. I know its hard to do all the time when people feel they start to know one another. Here's my question this time -- I organize a group and we have a mostly monthly newsletter. MMS has been featured in some of our issues. This shall continue for a little while longer. I have asked a few questions of this list for info that I need for me, personally, and for someone I know, and the answers I have received are good ones. There are postings on this list where the info would be very helpful to the group. May I use the some of the content of some of the emails to include in our newsletter(s)? There are about 8 or so of them from the messages I have rec'd since I've been here. I do not need to --- nor intend to, identify the person, unless someone wants that which I strongly doubt. Just the info. - May I do this? yes, no, perhaps, on condition..... ??? - Would I have to ask the list about specific postings? or the poster? - etc.? what else? the newsletter is mailed out to 400 people and parts of it are put online. I don't like to take writings and put them in our publication. It was done to me, w/o my permission, I found out later and it is not a good feeling. anything else I need to mention or ask, etc.? continued thanks. - Marilyn -
