Guest guest
Hello Phil ...and others who have a gardenI realize this is off-topic a bit but may beof interest to those with gardens.I think we weed our gardens too much. What do you think?I used to grow a large organic garden and I discovered that if I did not weed the littleweeds, they tended to prevent the moisturein the soil from evaporating and I almost never had to water the garden. Also the weeds made a nice "mat", if you will, to stand on in between the rows when gatheringin the vegetables. I also liked to think that the weeds were drawing minerals etc from beneath and when I dug the weeds back into the soil eventually, I was adding minerals, in a way, to the soil.On top of that, I didn't have to do so muchweeding. I only pulled the larger weedsfrom time to time. As usual for me I had coughing bouts afterwards. I put this down to mould spores that I would have breathed in. Later I tried spraying some CS into my mouth as I breathed as deeply as I could. This helped. I have repeated this again, and again I seem to have benefitted. I shall continue for a time. Maybe there is someone who could try this form of application wiht benefits.
