Hey everyone,Wanted to 'intro' myself to everyone...I'm Rick from Columbus, Ohio. Early 30's and a 'loved one' of Arthritis sufferers. (Mother has it and grandmother suffered from Fybromyalgia) I have 'mild' signs of it in my hands, writs and knees, but I'm controlling it on my own, thus far.As far as 'why' I'm here... Looking for info on making life a little easier for mom. She sleeps with braces just so her wrists and hands 'freeze' in the correct positions, and it takes her a couple hours a day to 'get going', from what I gather from her... (She'd never admit it to me, but I pay attention, as a 'good son' should...LOL)Plus, I'd like to find out if there is any 'prevention' in the works for me, since the 'pain' is only 'discomfort' for me at this point, yet I see what my Grandma went through, and see what Mom is going through and want to avoid that, if possible, for me.Thanks,Rick
