I can understand that to some people a person drinking KT may exude a whiff reminiscent of cider i.e alcohol. It might be wise to let your friend's superiors try the Kombucha and explain to them that it is a non-alcoholic fermented tea tonic, in fact that it is an energy-giving drink far superior to any of the cokes, ades or fizzy pops around, and likely to make him a better worker because of it. Your Kombucha sounds wonderful to me!! thoroughly fuelled by Kombucha, but totally not drunk ;-) Margret:-) UK -- +------------------ Minstrel@... --------------------+ <)))<>< http://www.therpc.f9.co.uk <)))<>< http://www.AnswersInGenesis.com +----------------- http://www.Gotquestions.org ------------------+ Every problem is an opportunity to trust God. My friend took a bottle of KT to his workplace. I guess everything turned out OK. I have been giving some of mine to co-workers. I would enjoy a more 'mellow' work place. Guest guest
When I don't drink enough water I can sometimes smell my kombucha on myself so I can imagine that other's can and since they may not be able to identify the smell and since it is pungent they are probably led to the worst conclusion - booze. Drinking more water will eliminate the smell usually.
