The headache withdrawls would be enough proof for me to never go back! But as a treat now and then I say why not?? I should quit because of my acid reflux but so far haven't been able to....or possibly don't want to I guess.< Bonnie- I had a slurp of my wife's coffee yesterday morning and that was enough to satisfy. I'm broken from it. I will never allow myself to be addicted to it again. However, just to find out if the Capulin folks are right, I may buy a pound of it. I just gots to know:>) I'm beginning today to try to penetrate the idea of adrenal fatigue induced by too much caffeine. As for acid reflux and all the other gastric unpleasantries brought on by coffee, I had already beat that by cutting down to only morning coffee and half of what I used to drink. Unfortunately, some evidence indicates that cutting back on coffee actually makes heart problems worse. It seems that if you are prone to the problem, the heart may only be able to handle no coffee, or you have to drink a lot to override the problem. That happened to me.
