I activate it the same as if taking it orally and then add water. As for amount of water...I use "a certain amount" (which was what my mother used to tell me when I asked how much of something to add to a recipe - very annoying.) But the truth is, I really don't know how much to use. I just don't want it too strong.

As to where I got the idea of doing it by enema? I don't remember, but when I did, I wrote to Jim Humble and he said it was a very effective way to do it.

Re nausea/diarrhea: I didn't experience that doing it orally either, but it did bother my stomach, especially on an empty stomach, and the taste grossed me out so badly, I found myself avoiding taking it and putting a lot of energy into forcing myself to take it. I'm only doing 9 drops a day, but plan to increase.

As to results with mms in general...I've been doing the salt/vit c protocol for Lyme, but mms is getting to places s/c wasn't reaching, like the spine. It's powerful stuff. But I've also started oleander, and also purslane for heavy metals. So as to what does what...it's purely subjective guesswork. I have no tests to prove or disprove anything since I fired my last doctor in disgust about 4 years ago. I now depend on my experience, and the experiences of the good folks on these discussion lists.

Re Oleander: If you buy 5 bottles of capsules you get one free so it comes to $45 each bottle. A bush would be nice, but I think I'm borderline climatewise. Might be do-able. Tempting.
