Guest guest
This is just speculation, on my part, and others with whom I have discussed MMS in person (not on this list): Bacteria, viruses, parasites, etc. are believed to create a "biofilm" around them that protects them. The more antibiotics a person takes, the stronger the biofilm. We think that MMS may break down biofilm. So, one could speculate that people who have a "stronger" biofilm will need more MMS before they feel a reaction. Expanding upon this theory, I have heard that some people will be taking a strong dose of MMS without any symptoms and then - BAM - they will have a huge reaction. After that, they are unable to take a large dose again without getting ill. So, it is possible that the biofilm is finally been broken down and the MMS is now able to work at a lower dose. Again, these are just a few thoughts that I have discussed with my healthcare practitioner (my homeopath) who recommended MMS. Guest guest
I agree ... I was looking for a natural way to sterilize my hot tub and saw the hydrogen peroxide solution. 1st day good second day even better third day I totally swelled up thought I was gonna die and my chiro said EVERYTHING that was in my body (encased in it's protection) came out. Pretty sick right now but at least we are able to identify what is in there. She couldn't see it before...Gotta get to it to be able to kill it. I would imagine MMS would work the same way.... carol > > From: Marilyn Gang <mgang@...> > Subject: [ ] Question on reaction > " MMSgroup " < > > Date: Thursday, September 25, 2008, 10:29 AM > > > > > > > > Dear MMS folks, > > One of my associates, overweight, creating back problems, leg problems, > foot problems and much more, not a healthy eater, was taking 20 drops 3 > times / day and told me he felt nothing. > Having looked in to the whys, etc., a bit more (thinking about > antioxidants) I asked him if he was taking any supplements during this time > and he replied he is taking some of Dr. Wallach's products (he started > the Dead Doctors Don't Lie / Mineral --- awareness). > I mentioned he might try taking no supplements for a few days even, > while he was doing this and seeing what happened. Guest guest
What 'came out' and how? MMS or a peroxide solution? Would this be beneficial in a Jacuzzi? Guest guest
Dear , thank you very very much for the response on biofilms. It makes sense. I shall mention this to him. Now, I wonder what will happen if, say, he takes MMS 15 drops 3/day for a month and no results? but we shall take that one step at a time. wondering what biofilms are (the name itself describes it but I wanted to be sure) I did a little search. seems to be quite a little warm debate about biofilms and MMS at curezone: http://www.edstrom.com/resources.cfm?doc_id=23 but I got a good explanation of biofilms at: http://www.edstrom.com/resources.cfm?doc_id=23 Simply put, biofilms are a collection of microorganisms surrounded by the slime they secrete, attached to either an inert or living surface. You are already familiar with some biofilms: the plaque on your teeth, the slippery slime on river stones, and the gel-like film on the inside of a vase which held flowers for a week. Biofilm exists wherever surfaces contact water. More than 99 percent of all bacteria live in biofilm communities. Some are beneficial. Sewage treatment plants, for instance, rely on biofilms to remove contaminants from water. But biofilms can also cause problems by corroding pipes, clogging water filters, causing rejection of medical implants, and harboring bacteria that contaminate drinking water. " Microbiologists have traditionally focused on free-floating bacteria growing in laboratory cultures; yet they have recently come to realize that in the natural world most bacteria aggregate as biofilms, a form in which they behave very differently. As a result, biofilms are now one of the hottest topics in microbiology. Guest guest
It was all kinds of gross stuff that was encased in the protective biofilm... parasites (roundworm in intestinges fluke in liver), not sure what else that's all i know so far but the whole thing is really making me sick. Probably also my lyme and my co-infections. Yes I used the h2o2 in the hottub. It's supposed to be good for you and one of the better for you things. I just think you have to be at a certian level of health for this to be OK. As in if I were healthier, I wouldn't have had such a strong reaction to it. And also I think I put to much in. Yes it should b good in Jacuzzi as long as you are healthy enough. http://www.dfwx.com/h2o2.htm I got mine here. From what I'm reading on the lyme lists is that I probably have babesia (lyme co-infection) which GROWS in oxygen. I think that's part of where I went wrong. Call them and ask about your jacuzzi they are really nice. Guest guest
Sorry I cannot help you with that problem. Some people can take full doses and nothing happens. It may mean their problems are not pathogen related. Or it may be pschosomatic.
