From my own experience I find it better to eat a little something

before working out (coffee, cottage cheese/toast or fruit for

example)otherwise I sometimes get a wasted queasy feeling mid

workout and feel like I am about to either hurl or passout.

Really when you think of it, you havent eaten anything for eight

hours (more or less) and may have used up any muscle glycogen while

sleep repairing your body. So I dont believe the need not to eat for

any fatburning potential which might be lost anyways if you dont get

a good workout. After a workout I am usually not too hungry, but

sometimes will drink a protein only drink (protein powder/water) or

nibble on a high protein bar straight from the gym. There is a

window of time right after working out with weights that your

muscles could use use a protein boost. Otherwise after cardio, I eat

on a regular schedule (if I ate before working out as mentioned,

then about an hour after the gym fits in a regular meal).

> Is everyone doing cardio every day or every other?

I think this depends on individual needs and what they are aiming

for. The basic BFL outline calls for 20min HIIT cardio every other

day. IMHO, I think everyone whose main goal is fatloss, should

include regular cardio(slower and or recreational type cardio) on a

daily basis (30-45min) with the HIIT on alternating days.

So make it every three hours. Mine usually looks somewhat like this:

6am, 9am, 12am, 3pm, 6pm, 9pm - but if for some reason I dont eat

till 12:30 or am hungry at 8am, the world is not going to fall apart

if I eat earlier or later! ;-)

Follow a schedule thats right for you! Make it work for YOU! (not

you working for it, if you get what I mean!) Mold it to your

lifestyle and thats what makes it a longterm change when it fits

your needs and not just another 'diet' that may work shortterm but

not in the longterm. The easy part (really it is) is losing the

weight, and the hardest part is keeping it off - diets DO work, but

lifestyle changes keep it off! :-)

Good thoughts! [ ] To Eat or NOT to eat?

That is the question...

I have been told that MMS is more effective when taken on an empty stomach. However so many people tend to have a problem with nausea and diarrhea when they do. If nausea and diarrhea are a sign of die off, wouldn't it make sense that when you take it on an empty stomach and get sick, it's because it's more potent that way....and lots of stuff is dying off immediately? On the other hand, lots of people get sick taking stuff like hydrocodone on an empty stomach, and that is not killing anything off. So what is the truth? Is it better to take a lower dosage on an empty stomach that a higher one on a full stomach? Does food really interrupt the killing process?

So does anyone know what is best regarding taking it on an empty stomach or

full?

I used to take it on an empty stomach but when I hit the 4 month mark on MMS, all of a sudden my  stomach couldn't handle it.   So I stopped for a while, and now I only take it after a little bit of food like a  few bites of a bananna or a few crackers with nut butter.   Bad, good or indifferent, this is the only way that I can take it without feeling like I'm burning a hole in my stomach.    No problems now and it's working out fine.LydiaOn Sep 19, 2008, at 5:11 PM, Holly Glenn wrote:So does anyone know what is best regarding taking it on an empty stomach or full?Holly Glenn   "God, have mercy on me in the blindness in which I hope I am seeking You."  - Merton> From: helen/zhebee <zhebee >> Subject: Re: [ ] To Eat or NOT to eat?> To:  > Date: Sunday, September 14, 2008, 11:47 PM> Good thoughts!> > > > > > > [ ] To Eat or NOT to eat?> > > That is the question...> > > I have been told that MMS is more effective when taken on> an empty stomach.
