Have any of you stayed away from food items with nitrates ~ and Night

Shade Vegetables and noticed any decrease in pain ~??

I have been inindated with reading ~ wondering what are some of the

best things I can do to help myself.

I worked outdoors yesterday in the garden ~ today my feet and hands

are both flaring with pain ~ I refuse to let this win over!!! I am

not a couch potato

Hi Maggie,

I have an on-line friend that absolutely swears by avoiding nightshade products! I too, having learned from her, have noticed that when I avoid certain foods I actually do feel better. My worst nightshades are tomatoes & potatoes. As long as I stay away from them I'm ok but sometimes i actually crave these things and when I do have them, say sauce on my spaghetti or some french fries then I notice I swell & flare. I haven't actually noticed any other foods yet but if I start to swell or flare I think back to what I ate first instead of what I did.

Good Luck & God Bless, Barbara
