All we can think is that there was actually some infection left from when it originally "healed" and the MMS is just finally killing the last bit of pathogens. Back off till you feel better, then start MMS again only at a lower dose, and go slowly. You don't want to be in such pain, and low doses of MMS kills stuff too.
