Guest guest
That is the question... I have been told that MMS is more effective when taken on an empty stomach. However so many people tend to have a problem with nausea and diarrhea when they do. If nausea and diarrhea are a sign of die off, wouldn't it make sense that when you take it on an empty stomach and get sick, it's because it's more potent that way....and lots of stuff is dying off immediately? On the other hand, lots of people get sick taking stuff like hydrocodone on an empty stomach, and that is not killing anything off. So what is the truth? Is it better to take a lower dosage on an empty stomach that a higher one on a full stomach? Does food really interrupt the killing process?
