I know you might take this the wrong way (it is not meant to be 'mean',but I speak so plainly and truthfully The first book is free, and the second is only $10. If you can afford the MMS, I fail to see ho you you cannot afford the book - but, I have heard that if you email Jim and tell him that you simply cannot afford the $10, he'll send you the second one for free (it is not for someone here to do that, that is theft). Also, you should NOT be using MMS without full understanding... you should have been asking these questions well BEFORE you started using it. To do otherwise is extremely unwise and just asking for trouble - and such behavior may have helped contribute to how you got so sick today (ie, eating garbage without doing any research on what constitutes healthy eating, not learning of the need for and how to properly exercise, not learning that sunshine is NOT the big bad evil boogie man we're told by conventional doctors, not learning how important lots of fresh air/sunshine is to our health, etc). Anyway... The main things to understand about mixing it are: 1. 5 drops of activator to one drop of MMS - and, it is OK to use MORE activator (best not to use TOO much though), but important not to use LESS. 2. Let it sit for the full 3 minutes and 3. Don't mix the MMS with ANYTHING with added vitamin C before drinking. It is best to use only water, but if you simply cannot stand the taste, use only one of the recommended juices (grape is probably best). The main principles for using MMS are: 1. Go slowly 2. Always be working towards the goal of 15 drops 3x per day, using how you feel (nausea/vomiting/diarrhea) to tell you when to back off/slow down 3. Once you've reached the goal, stay there until you feel like you should stop, then stop for a while 4. Remember that this is a powerful therapy, and is not something you should plan on doing 24/7/365, although apparently some problems can take a while (year or more) to resolve. If this is the case for you, be prepared to take breaks during the process... long term risk/exposure is still not known for sure... Lastly I have a suggestion - it is very hard to read email messages the way you sent yours - one big sentence with no line breaks, etc. It is best to put each question in a separate paragraph, it makes it much more likely that your questions will be read AND answered. hth... Guest guest
Hi Darlene. The advice about getting the first free ebook is great. Make sure you do that, plus read Jim's web site and his question and answer section. For the juices, you need to look on the bottle and see if it has any Vit. C in it. Orange juice is out for sure, but you need to see if the cherry juice has C in it. If it does, don't use it. Fresh lemon or lime juice is fine. Yes, 5 drops juice to 1 drop MMS is fine. Jim's newest method is to add a LOT more lemon juice to the MMS, wait 3 minutes, add water and stevia and you wind up with a drink that tastes like lemonade--so you don't have to worry about bad flavor or smell. It depends on your illnesses, whether MMS will help or not. MMS seems to help most problems, but it is very individual. So you can only try it and see. Make sure you separate your medicines from when you take MMS by at least a few hours. Be sure that you take some extra C because many think that MMS strips C from the body/heart especially. Take the C, wait at least 2 hours, then take the MMS. Take some probiotics while on MMS because some people think it also kills off good gut bacteria along with the bad bacteria. And be sure to take some milk thistle and perhaps even some dandelion tea, to help support the liver and kidneys as they get rid of the toxins from the bacteria die-off. I don't know your health issues, but you may also want to look into doing some juicing, setting outside in the sun for at least 15 to 20 minutes a day--just don't get sunburned, but make sure you get sun on your skin. Go for a walk every day. Even if you can only walk for a few minutes, if you keep it up every day you'll go farther and farther. I hope you get better. Stay and ask questions as you need. You'll get help here. Samala, -------Original Message------- ...if anyone can help me..with some information..

When doing 'juicing' *therapeutically* (cleansing/detox), you should always focus (meaning, 90+%) on the deep leafy greens, herbs (dandelion, parsley, etc). Use maybe 10-20% carrot base, and a little apple for sweetening...
