Guest guest
Fresh made apple juice is fine, but to make it easy you can go into your grocery store or health food store and buy Knudson's juices. They have many flavors, and they list on the label exactly how much vit. C is in the juice. They actually have a few juices without any C at all, and a few with just 1 or 2% C. Many of these juices will mask the flavor of AMMS so that you don't know it is in there. Mostly you can make any fresh juice, except those like pineapple that have high C content. Most juices will have a small amount of natural C but not enough to interfere with the activation. But it is easier to buy bottle juice and Knudson's makes it really simple.
