Guest guest
We cant tell you what to do, only what we know and what we might do in your shoes. If you take MMS while you are nursing the MMS will pass to the child through your breast milk.I dont think I would want to experiment with this while nursing a very young Baby. However, the main potency of MMS is 2 hours .After that it greatly reduces in potency. So if you feel you must take MMS you might want to wait at least 2 hours before nursing . MMS is said to oxidize mercury in your body from whatever source. I have even heard of cases where it is used to treat mercury related Autism. If you are talking about using MMS in the capacity of a mouthwash I think very little will pass into your bloodstream so it should have no effect on the nursing child. Guest guest
Hi , If I were to use it as a mouthwash, would it help the cavities? How does one use MMS as a mouthwash? (activate, mix with water, swish, spit? Also, how much MMS would I use; I've never taken it myself before). Thanks in advance, Michele > > > > I have several issues such as epstein barr, cfs, fibro, & > > hashimoto's... Guest guest
Yes , activate it the same way. Id use about 4 drops of MMS 20 drops of lemon juice and after it sits for 3 minutes about 1/4 cup of water.Put some stevia in it to make it tastr like lemonaide.swish and spit. Guest guest
clean your teeth after every time you eat anything, and waterpic, especially into the cavities, with colloidal silver. home-made CS is the only affordable way to do that. drink the CS also to kill off the microbes in the rest of the body and get to the mouth tissues/teeth via the blood supply. this will eliminate gum disease if done regularly, slow down decay a lot, and silver will over time plate onto the amalgams possibly providing some small degree of impediment to mercury leakage into the mouth... won't help the mercury getting into the body through the root though. it might also help a lot with your other problems. if using both CS and MMS it might be best to space them apart timewise... they both go through the system quickly - a few hours for the bulk with the rest taking longer. MMS shouldn't hurt the babies via breast milk AFAIK. CS is fine for babies... use it against ear infections, styes, as an eyewash, on any open sores, internally for any colds/flu etc etc.... tastes good & soothing, can't irritate at all. > [ ] Dental Cavities, Nursing & MMS > > > I have several issues such as epstein barr, cfs, fibro, & > hashimoto's... Guest guest
I would wait until the babies are weaned THEN I would get those amalgams removed properly by a biological dentist AND ONLY AFTER THAT would I try to use MMS. I was in your shoes this time a year ago... My twins are 22 months old now! I weaned them at 12 months. > > I have several issues such as epstein barr, cfs, fibro, & > hashimoto's... Guest guest
Hi Michele, I think I may have here a suggestion for a very good adjunct. From everything I have seen so far, and asked about all over the place --- my own personal experience included, it does seem as if the toughest thing to find is really good --- and really holistic --- dental care. Because of the group that I organize, I have a superb holistic network. One of my best friends works for a supposedly holistic dentist, and even I have not found adequate, and holistic, dental care. About 8 years ago I went to have my amalgams taken out and replaced. This supposedly highly recommended biological dentist --- did the top half of my mouth in one visit, and not in a special order, either. I was sick for 3 months after that visit. He also clipped a nerve. I didn't go to a dentist for 6 years after that. One of the reasons I appreciate MMS so much is that it does address deep dental problems, such as infection and cavitations that standard care has not been able to help. I received some excellent help 2 years ago, help that I do believe is also good for the population at large. Are you familiar with Cell salts? (Tissue salts). Therein lies an answer to, I think, many problems. Few really understand them, even homeopaths. I know I don't quite understand them as much as I would like to, but I surely appreciate them. Its my understanding that cell salts underlie minerals which underlie vitamins and having enough cell salts in the body helps everything else work. They are easily obtainable in health food stores, inexpensive, no side effects and you can not really harm yourself by taking them. HERE IS CELL SALTS STORY #1: This is from an article I wrote March 2006: I found out about them for the teeth one night when I was having dinner with an upcoming speaker to our group --- someone who is an exceptionally good herbalist, in Montreal. I point to a discolored tooth and asked him if he had any suggestions. " Oh, sure " , he says. " Do you know about Cell Salts? " I said I do. Simply take Cell Salts #1 (Calcium Fluoride). Take the whole bottle, but not more than 6 tablets per day -- because that's the maximum your body can absorb. " [NOTE: In discussing this with a health professional, she added that teenagers who had taken a certain kind of antibiotic, years ago, for an extended period -- developed soft teeth. If this is you, Calc Fluor might help.] Cell salts are vital mineral constituents present in human cells. They were first identified by a very noted German physiological chemist and physicist of the early nineteenth century by the name of Dr W. H. Schuessler noted twelve different 'tissue salts' and observed their presence in all healthy human cells. If an imbalance of these salts were to occur within the cells, illness could be expected to result. The type of illness would depend on which cell salt was deficient and once the balance had been restored and the cells had once more retained their correct function, the body could be expected to heal itself of any ill health. In this case, Calcium Fluoride is also found in the enamel of teeth and bone surfaces. Not only does it help build tooth enamel, but also, stronger bones! Take Cell Salts the way you would take homeopathics: 15 minutes away from food or brushing. About a dozen years ago, I told myself I was going to take one bottle of cell salts every month until I did all 12 of them. I think I forgot after the 2nd bottle... Last time I bought a bottle it was about $5 or $6. This time it was $13.99 at Noah's. Still cheap. This time I shall take a bottle a month. It can't hurt, it can only help. For more information go to web site: www.naturalfacts.com.au/bioc CELL SALTS STORY #2: Another time, I was getting sessions on a QXCI machine. The practitioner worked in an office with a homeopath. He gave me 2 remedies for my teeth --- one for mouth and gums health, another for general tooth health. He also gave me some cell salts --- I forget which ones. My entire oral health changed since that time that and everything felt much healthier, much stronger. Still does. Now that is my experience. I do believe that if we take cell salts --- it can only help us overall. If you like the way that sounds, figure it out yourself or check with a homeopath to find out which one is best for you. I am also guessing that this will help your babies. Help their bones, their blood, etc. Maybe others on this list can help fill in what I have missed w regard to cell salts, homeopathy, etc. thank you and good luck. - Marilyn - At 08:27 PM 10/27/2008 -0000, special6mom wrote: >I have several issues such as epstein barr, cfs, fibro, & >hashimoto's... Guest guest
Do you think Cell Salts would help restore a tooth that is resorbing? I have a tooth (Canine) that was injured about 30 yrs. ago, it had been knocked totally up in my mouth and remained there overnight. The next day I went to an oral surgeon and he took the tooth out (had it in his hand), re-implanted it an it fused to the bone and was fine all these years. However, on a recent trip to the dentist it was discovered that it has started resorbing. I would be most grateful for any and all suggestions. Thanks, -Biz > >I have several issues such as epstein barr, cfs, fibro, & > >hashimoto's... Guest guest
I can't wean & have to try to prevent an infection in my teeth, being I know there's at least one cavity there. I would never have amalgams removed right now of course. One baby is not gaining. There's been testing done; she doesn't tolerate much of any foods so I have to limit my diet & nurse her. She may have IBD. Lately I've been hearing more about lyme. Someone just told me the IBD could be from lyme as well. I wonder if I could give her colloidal silver. She's 14m but very small. Right now she's getting homeopathics for reflux/digestion. Thanks to all, Michele > > > > I have several issues such as epstein barr, cfs, fibro, & > > hashimoto's... Guest guest
I have Fife's book on this, & tried it once this week with olive oil (he said any oil is okay). One problem is my TMJ made it difficult to keep up with " working " the oil as much as is needed. I didn't find it turned white, but perhaps that was becz it was olive oil. I hung on for 15m; will try for 20 next time. I swished with colloidal silver today & spit it out. What brands are best? Guest guest
I'll need to learn more about this, especially if it is safe. I'll go to that website; thank you. Guest guest
Hi Michele, If you have a tooth infection you might just want to try the following. I myself hate going to the dentist, and after I had a root canel done 6 months later I had a slight tooth infection that would come and go for a few weeks at a time. I was lazy so I didn't go back to the dentist and I don't take antibiotics so I had this condition for about 3 years. I came across essiential oils and to help over come a cold/flu before it got really bad I came up with a blend that not only stopped me from getting sic it also cured my tooth infection, it has not come back for almost a year now. If you buy the oils make sure you get a high qualtiy brand like Young Living. They are pure enough to be taken internally. OK here is the formula. Go to the health food store and buy some raw un-processed honey. Buy the following essential oils. Cinnamon Clove Lemon Eucalyptus Globulus (This is the type you can take internally) Take a heaping tablespoon full of honey and put it in a small cup. Put 2-4 drops of each oil and mix well with the honey. Put the honey in your mouth and let it sit there as long as possible, gargle with it too. These oils kill many bad viruses and bactieria. Every time I feel a little sic I take this and I have yet to come down with a bad cold or the flue, and my tooth infection has not come back either. I hope this helps. If you have problems getting the oils let me know I can help you with that. I hope you get well, Hagen > > > > > > I have several issues such as epstein barr, cfs, fibro, & > > > hashimoto's... Guest guest
You said it's simple; does it come with instructions? Guest guest
Hi, I hope this helps: I had severe toothaches and started gargling with hydrogen peroxide (bought it at the dollar store). I just kept gargling and spitting it out and not only do I no longer have a toothache but I can now chew on the bad side of my mouth. I don't think you can do this while nursing, but we cleaned the mercury out of our body with liquid zeolite and there are two companies that make it. best, colleen > > > > I have several issues such as epstein barr, cfs, fibro, & > > hashimoto's... " Thats interesting... My uncle and I got in a verbal altercation one night about the fluoride issue... he told me that he was an assistant during the army's tests on fluoride, that supposedly proved that fluoride - in the proper amounts - was very beneficial, blah, blah, and that I was totally wrong. Well, during the discussion (which did get a little heated), I said something like 'well, I don't care what study you think you participated in, sodium fluoride is a toxic at any dose, and that is why another name for it is rat poison!' Well, he got this funny look on his face, and said 'of course it is, but what are you talking about...?' Well, to make a long story short, all of the studies that prove that fluoride is beneficial were performed using CALCIUM fluoride - which, incidentally, is the form that is found naturally occurring in some streams - NOT SODIUM fluoride. When I told him that it wasn't calcium fluoride that they were putting in the water, but sodium fluoride, he didn't believe me at first - but a few minutes of googling proved it to him, and he promptly had a conniption fit. Guest guest
A good chunk of my filling fell out today, so now I'm going to the dentist tomorrow. I had to find one in a pinch & this one supposedly does not use any mercury. I still need to work on this issue becz I do believe I may have gum issues. I don't want to get tied up with a dentist; just fix the thing & I'm gone. But my teeth have been sensitive lately, so I've got to do more myself. I wouldn't touch a zeolite, not just becz I'm nursing, but we had loads of problems with them here. I would not recommend them to anyone. Guest guest
My oldest, severe autism, had no reaction to them good or bad. But my 3yo (barely 2yo & delayed at the time) regressed to full blown autism on 1 diluted drop for 5 days. They've both been with Houston Homeopaths since May. He's no where near recovered. (1) I posted a reply about using cell salts (for the teeth, etc.) ... it felt as if it was 2 weeks ago, I checked and it was only 4 days earlier! Anyway, I just remembered something else --- For good dental hygiene, I use Homeofresh Toothpaste by Unda Seroyal or Homeodent by Boiron They do work on healing the gums as well. I found out about them through my Chinese doctor. He said his mother had a loose tooth, he told her to rub some of the toothpaste on her gums and the condition disappeared. I like it and it feels as if my mouth is healthier since I started using it. More expensive, yes, and, worth it. (2) Years ago a fabulous healer suggested a combination of a raw egg, in grape juice. I think there was something else but I could not remember and could not remember why. So I started googling. (a) I found a site that is for mothers who are about to have or just have given birth: http://www.birthjunkie.com/archive_08_07/bboard.mv?module=view & viewid=2652 07 & mode=all & row=53 & username= & password= " Drink a glass of grape juice with a raw egg blended in it. The key to making it safe is the whipping part, the air kills the bad stuff. So one egg in about 8 ounces of purple grape juice, whip it till very well blended and let it sit about 10 minutes. Also I suggest the white grape juice as your daily drink rotating with red raspberry tea also.... " ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I have noticed if I am drinking just the grape juice that it makes a difference too. I also take liquid chlorophyll. " You might like the site? ( the other one I found said: A very good supplement is raw eggs dissolved in grape juice. The enzymes in both foods cooperate and the result is something that can be compared to a blood transplant in quality.. One egg in 5 oz of grape juice is the recipe.. Today, no one, except perhaps for Sally Fallon, would recommend raw eggs. I think this healer said something about lifting fatigue or being good for energy or the blood.... If I had my own chickens I would probably do this. And be a lot healthier! - Marilyn -
Guest guest
Thank you for this info; I've already ordered the toothpaste. The dentist said most of my amalgam had fallen out & part of the tooth was chipped; he fixed it with a composite. Unfortunately he did remove the last remaining, little bit of amalgam. I don't know if there will be any repercussions for me or the babies from that removal; hopefully it was really small as he said. The rest had fallen out anyway I guess. They said my gums are puffy. They were already talking gingivities treatment. I'm not going back though, unless an emergency. He gave me a lesser dose of novacaine, but one of the babies threw up the next morning. Not sure if it was that or not (I had taken a tiny bit of CS the evening before too) but I won't do either again, for now. Thanks, Michele > > > Hi Michele, > > A few things here, that might be of interest . . . . > > (1) > I posted a reply about using cell salts (for the teeth, etc.) ... it > felt as if it was 2 weeks ago, I checked and it was only 4 days earlier! > > Anyway, I just remembered something else --- > > For good dental hygiene, I use > Homeofresh Toothpaste by Unda Seroyal > or Homeodent by Boiron > > They do work on healing the gums as well. > I found out about them through my Chinese doctor.
