Thanks for the information . I was under the impression that

the shelf live was not too long; but I don't know where I got that

idea.

, I checked my prescription bottle and it did not say anything

about an expiration date. I'll call Irmat and see what they

recommend since they fill my prescriptions. Does Skip put an

expiration date on the prescriptions he fills? I guess another way

to look at it would be to ask how many capsules most people get

filled at a time? I only get 30 capsules.

yes skips put an expiration on the bottles.

but i have no idea about how long with a lactose filler

a couple years if kept in the dark.

the flakes were cheaply and readily available until the popularity of MMS. that appears to have changed. they have to be shipped as a hazmat, which is expensive. no doubt due to FDA pressure, the hazmat restrictions are being enforced more than they used to be. the flakes aren't really very dangerous at all when reasonable precautions are taken and suppliers used to readily ship in regular mail but that's history. there may be more new control-freak regs restricting qualifications to buy the stuff too.
