I can get nauseated if I take it on an empty stomach so I always eat before taking MMS. Many do not as it either doesn't bother them, or they decide putting up with the nausea is worth it because many believe that food in the stomach makes the MMS work less (as the MMS works on the food instead of the health issue). It's something you have to decide for yourself.
