Hi ,

Just read about MMS last week and am waiting for my first bottle to

arrive. Have been reading everything I can find about it--can't

wait! Check out Jim Humble's suggested protocol at www.jimhumble.biz

Sounds like you're not using enough drops yet to knock out the

infection. Keep at it!

Hi Jan,

Thanks for your reply. I did go up one more drop and had a terrible

herx for three days this week. I got very depressed and felt hopeless,

which is what I was worried about. But I just decided to " muscle "

through it. I warned my husband ahead of time, but it was still tough.

I had a headache start up stronger right after each dose and then fade

as the day went on. My neck was very stiff also. On the second day I

got the runs, which only lasted one night. The depression started

immediately after my first dose of six drops. On the third day of this

dose my legs and hips ached again, which made me happy that apparently

a stronger dose does get into that area.

I also am upping my dose of salt/c again, but it's only at night and

only a couple of grams. But I think that did help, too.

Today I woke up feeling great again.

All this confirms that you are right and that I need to continue on and

know that these symptoms are short-lived with the detox. It's been a

very rough week, though. This depression corresponds with a very tough

week in our lives anyway and it's exactly what I didn't want to have

happen, but it seems necessary for now.

One nice thing - knowing the depression is 100% physical reaction to

detoxing Lyme is sort of a comfort. Now I know it doesn't last long so

I can face it again.

When I get over it, it seems like depression hat tI've had for years

has lifted. I feel better than ever after these detox episodes. Just

learning the rhythm of this disease is half the battle, I think. Not

over-reacting.
