- good suggestion to do a liver flush. I need to find out how

to do this. Meanwhile, I'm relying on milk thistle to keep my liver

in working order.

MMS removes heavy metals such as mercury by oxidizing them. The

oxidized metals are then simply discarded from the body. Iodine also

removes heavy metals, but I cannot tolerate it at present due to

extreme itching. Thanks for mentioning zeolite. I do have a metal

mouth - meaning silver-mercury fillings. I read somewhere that the

common chelating agent, EDTA, cannot remove mercury.

The colloidal silver, taken internally, might not be a good idea as

it kills both good and bad bacteria in the colon indiscriminately.

Instead, I am taking probiotics (acidophilus). I recently heard that

there is a much more powerful form of acidophilus available, called

paradophilus,, but I haven't been able to find it here in Israel. Of

course, I can always order it online.

Sulfur and fungus don't mix - so I am taking sulphur-based foods and

supplements such as cabbage, L-cysteine, and MSM.

The most plentiful beneficial bacteria I am finding are not the pills no matter how quality but in fermented foods like Cultured veggies aand drinking water kefir drinks.....one has to get the grains to begin but I have already noticed slight improvemnst after 1 day.....

Cocunut Kefir water is supposed to chelate mercury......as well as fight viral conditions....many autistc kids seems to benefit from drinking it - I cant find green coconuts so I just make water kefir......

I am beginning www.bodyecology.com ...wau of eating that seems to restore health in people with conditios like ours....

Water kefir - first you need to buy the grains....www.bodyecology.com or there are online networks and people will share theirs. thast how I did it....there are lost of online and youtube directions on making water kefir - if you can get green young cocnuts its best to make with kefir grains....but I am just doing plain kefir water.....

A couple things : do NOT use metal with your grains ( get a plastic strainer " and never put a metals spoon in your kefir.....

Use high quality mineral water to grow it - preferably from a glass container....instead of coconut I juts use water - I ll experimnet with other liquids once I have grown enough......Are you using real fermented Kombucha? I havent tried it yet but looking forward to it... some videos on that as well...

Also YOutube Clutured veggies.......

Yes, I bought it fram a lady on ebay. It's a flat white mushroom ferments to vinergary tasting liqiud. The fermenting liqiud is steeped tea with sugar. Tea is changed every 5-7 days. I'm a novice but I think it will help my health. I will have to look into kefir. I bought some from the health food store to put in raw milk but it died. Is kefir touchy?

Thanks
