Guest guest
Have you tried elevating the head of your bed. It cured my acid reflux for the most part. Other than that you can back off your dose. Jill --- In , " jerryrwc " <jerrysobel@...> wrote: > > Hi, > > I have been on MMS for a month now and I am slowly increasing my dosage. I might also drop my dose. I think it is the acid issue on an empty stomach.
Guest guest
Take ½ teaspoon of baking soda in water 2 hours or more after taking the MMS. Arm and Hammer baking soda has instructions on the flap. Guest guest
...if you're taking it on an empty stomach per recommendations, you might want to put a little something in there. i found a half piece of whole grain bread about 15 min before helped a lot. other than that, folks who can't stand drinking the stuff due to that problem have used it transdermally and had no gastric complaints. that's mixing it with DMSO and applying to the skin. details are in thelist archives or maybe files area, or maybe somebody has them handy to post anew. > [ ] MMS and GI complaints > > Hi, > > I have been on MMS for a month now and I am slowly increasing > my dosage. Guest guest
Hi Jerry... Even though I'm one of the ones who can take a full dose [15 drops]without nausea or throwing up sometimes I also get a burning in my stomach so I take it right before I go to bed at night and then I have no problem. I have no real desire to take it 3 times a day...when I do that I am too lethargic and I already have that enough without MMS. Regards...
