I started MMS about 8 days ago. I too have had tons of mucous in my nose and lungs, but I haven't felt any flu like symptoms. I wondered if it had to do with the MMS. I have heard that one way the body cleans out toxins is by creating really sticky mucous and having it exreting it out of the body any way it can. I have had a bit of a headache from sinus pressure but that is about all I am experiencing.

As far as a juice goes, if you go to a place where they sell organic food, there are several types of juice that do not have extra vit c added. I got some 100% cranberry juice that works well.

I would love to hear if others have had similar experiences when they first started MMS

I started MMS one week ago and yesterday I made it to the 15 drop dose with great success. I didn't experience any vomiting or diarrhea in the process. On the other hand I have had a runny nose for the last 4 or 5 days. I just wander if this is part of the detox process. In the last 3 years everytime I get a cold it becomes bronchitis and just wondering if the runny nose has something to do with this. There is a lot of nasty stuff coming out of my nose, just like it happens when I get bronchitis. I would like to know if anyone has had the same experience. I also would like to ask about a brand of Juice I can mix with MMS. I went to the convenience store this morning and everything they have there has vitamin C. Guys I can't picture myself drinking 15 drops of this stuff just mixed with water. It's disgusting!! Please help. One last thing is that I have increase the consumption of kefir. Does

anyone know if kefir and MMS work well together? Thanks for your feedback.

One other thing I noticed that was a huge change for me was that I have completely lost my craving for sugar. I tried to convince myself that it wasn't true, but even when I went to the store and saw all the Easter candy, I bought one marshmallow egg, but had no desire to take more than one bite. This is a huge change for me. 2 days before I started the MMS, I ate a very large jar of caramel covered macadamia nuts from Costco. I couldn't stop eating them. Now I don't even think about it.

I just find it interesting. Maybe I can lose some weight too.

Hi ,

There is a simple solution to the taste problem. Like you, I abhor

the smell and taste of activated MMS.

Hydrocloric acid will activate the MMS. But the problem is that most

people have insufficient acid in their stomachs to do the job.

Actually, the only reason that citric acid is used is to make certain

that the MMS is fully activated before ingesting. So, what you can do

(and it really does work ) is to put as many drops as you want to take

in 1/2 glass of water. Drink it. Then for each 5 drops of MMS that

you drank, put 1cc of the citric acid solution in another 1/2 glass of

water. Then drink it. The two solutions will mix in the stomach and

the MMS will fully activate. You should taste or smell nothing out of

the ordinary.

Further, this article

http://www.bioredox.mysite.com:80/CLOXhtml/CLOXprot.htm

is really important and answers almost all of the questions any would

have. The thing that surprised me was the list of foods that are

contraindicated with MMS.

So, try this procedure on an empty stomach or at least two hours

before or after eating. Let us know how it works. Remember that you

can't have too much citric acid. Any excess is fine.

Cashew

Hi ,

Yeah, I experienced this myself surprisingly too, as I don't ever recall

ever having had such type of nose activity to quite the degree I had, and

it took a while for me to realise that it like some detoxing was taking place,

at least that's what I thought, or else it could be some kind of reaction

taking place probably with the mucus membranes.

Let me tell you ahead, if you don't already know it yet now, that you'll

be absolutely amazed at how much better you'll be feeling after doing the

protocol, howver, the trick may be to keep or remain healthy like this on

a continued basis as I'm finding takes some effort on our part to do, as

it's too easy to fall back in ill health.

I've found that cups of potent korean ginseng tea, huge fruit shakes, herbs,

and whole food organic vitamin supplements help to keep me healthy after

doing the MMS Protocol, though I'll be back to at least maintenance doses

if I don't keep myself healthy continually.

Prune juice to my understanding has no vitamin C. I've always drank the stuff

(MMS)straight though, then followed up some minutes later with a gulp or

two of lemonade. Some people I understand drink it with some prune juice.

I imagine as long as you're taking it in some effective way that is what

really matters. I find that it is more effective for me to take it straight,

and then to later clear my mouth of the bad taste with juice or lemonade.

I mostly made sure it is at least 1/2 hour or longer away from

any food eaten to not only avoid any disturbances, but to insure it's effectiveness.

Kefir should be good taken well away from the MMS though in minimal amounts.

This is like yogurt in that it contains probiotic (friendly bacteria) and

that's going to be good for the gut after the MMS has done its work. I'd

try to keep away from any large amount of dairy products though for the most

part while doing the protocol as these are mucus producing foods and if you're

looking to clean out your GI tract , your defeating that purpose by sticking

with mucus producing foods, as there's likely already excess mucus there

now that needs to find it's way out.

Hope this helps you out,

Thanks , and Cashew for your feedback.I found a great product to mix my MMS with. It's called POM and it's supposed to be 100% pomegranate juice. It was the only product with 0% vitamin C in the local supermarket. It's kind of expensive but the flavor it gives to MMS is priceless. Today I started the 15 drop 3 times a day dose.

Regarding my runny nose, it's getting slightly better. I am totally convinced it's a reaction to the vapors that somehow go up to your nose. I am saying this because my roommate got in the kitchen while I was waiting for the 3 minute  period and smelled the mix from the glass. Next day he got a runny nose and 2 days after he is still convinced he's got a cold.

Lately I have noticed a weird reaction in my stomach. Right after meals it growls like I have a lion inside. I feel the urge to go to the bathroom and I have the feeling it's diarrhea but it's not. My appetite is also going down which doesn't make me very happy since the last thing I want to do is to lose weight.

One last thing I have noticed is a little pain on my joints. It happens here and there but it doesn't last more than a few seconds. On the positive side, I am sleeping much better lately.

That's all I have to report from now. On Sun, Mar 1, 2009 at 12:27 PM, <truthsleuth@...> wrote:

Pomegranite juice is very high in antioxidants. It may taste good,

but is contrary to the theory of MMS and antioxidants. For MMS to work

properly, you should avoid antioxidants for two hours after you take

it... then load up on them.

Thank you . I found some concord grape juice at the Organic Store. I hope this works.

I am have been taking 15 drops 3 times a day for the last 4 days. Still feel fine, no vomit, no nausea. I have noticed I go to the bathroom more often now though and some times it comes as diarrhea. My nose is still congested and keep eliminating slimy stuff. The pain in my joints went from being sporadic to constant. It's only in my right hip and knee and my right shoulder. Is this normal? Has anyone experienced the same?

I also want to ask about alcohol. I was afraid of drinking while taking MMS but last friday I had a few glasses of wine before dinner and then I took the MMS a few hours lately. I didn't experience anything bad though. Last night I had a glass of champagne before dinner. Nothing anormal happened either. Is it better to stay away from alcohol or a drink once in a blue moon is still ok?

Thanks for your past and future feedback.

Hi ,

How are you?

Don't make the mistake of taking too much of the stuff, as I did that and

it was painful for a while too. You don't want to poison yourself with the

chlorine dioxide. I would reduce now quickly to only a maintenance dose like

6 drops a day or get off it entirely as I did. I found myself sufferring

from depression at the time I was taking too much, so I discontinued right

then and there and then I transitioned into whole food vitamins, herbal teas,

herbs, and goodhealthy eating practices like giant fruit shakes daily, and

that had helped tremendously to bring about better health for me. Now if

I need to go back to the MMS I will certainly do so,however, I'm trying right

now to just keep my self super healthy with hopes that strengthening my immune

system will possibly help out to get me better. To some degree this has seemed

possible so far, and only time will tell the success of it.

My advice to you would be to flush out your system with lots of water, juices,

or my favorite which is green, or herbal teas, and fruit shakes which I make

daily. I believe your system needs a good flushing out of toxins after being

on the MMS Protocol, and all this will help to achieve that too. The pain

in your joints could possibly be caused by die-off from parasites or some

form of toxin that may need to be cleared from your system. I've had wickedly

painful knee joints in the past with full blown lyme disease, though that's

now a thing of the past as I haven't experienced that sort of thing ever

again, and now that I'm treating my body good healthwise I don't plan on

ever experiencing that sort of pain either. I would imagine that if you proceed

to clear your systems of the toxins and then transition (as I did) into a

healthy food diet and possibly with whole food vitamins (I highly recommend

too) you may find yourself to be amazed as I certainly was at the vast improvement

in your health. I take alfalfa tablets and spirulina blue green algae capsules

too, which I purchase cheaply at walmarts and take along with the costly

(but well worth it) whole food vitamins at every meal, and that, along with

a few potent cups of korean ginseng tea each day now gives me a great amount

of energy that I previously did not have.

Good Luck and Good Health,

john d
