Learning the value of better Water.

Knowledge is very important for our quality of life. The lack of knowledge has cost me many years of sickness, pain and suffering, along with a great deal of lost productivity. I have been blessed by so many people that have come into my life, teaching me the things that have allowed me to go from feeling 90 years old and in constant pain, to feeling better than I did when I was 20. Only you can make a difference in your life! This led me to write my free E-book Your Health is YOUR Choice. You can choose to feel sorry for your circumstances or you can choose to learn what will give you the life and health you desire. From my 7th grade science class I recall my teacher making a statement that everything is made from energy, including our bodies. We are 99.9% energy that holds every molecule of every cell in our body in place. All of our organs have different energy frequencies resonating in different harmonics, creating a symphony beyond anything man can conceive, understand, or explain. This allows cellular communication to work in harmony to maintain our physical life and health. Negative thought and actions disrupt this harmony which can lead to poor health, physically and mentally. I recall thinking at that time that my teacher had been reading too much "Buck " science fiction, or was just telling us a fairy tale. Now over 50 years later, I

realize that Mr. Jeffs, my 7th grade teacher, was a genius and way ahead of his peers at that time. Energy, water and air, along with vitamins and minerals, are essential to life, we all know! Energy, pure water and fresh air (Oxygen) are essential to health. It took me 40 years to realize we are 70 to 80 % water and to start researching its benefits. Most people unconsciously take it for granted as it is seemingly in endless supply, and we tend to overlook its quality and the long term effects on our health. I became aware of the above nearly 20 years ago and I have done a great deal of research to better understand the effects and benefits of water, and what I can do to improve the quality of the water I

consume. The following short story on i-H2O below by Cochran, has given me a better understanding of water than I have been able to achieve from the many books I have read on this subject. I started using the i-H2O water machine about the same time I started taking Optimum Detox, the Yucca product that has made such a difference in my waist size. I have gone from a 42 inch waist to a 36 inch without any weight loss, and for the first time in my memory, I am 100% pain free. After reading 's story on the i-H2O, I now feel I have most likely gotten far more benefit from the Optimum Detox than most people experience because the i-H2O water (structured water) has allowed the Yucca product to have a better cellular penetration and an even greater cellular detoxifying effect than drinking it with regular RO (reverse

osmosis) water. It now makes sense to me that all of the other nutrients I supplement with have far more benefit to me as well. The topics in my newsletter have taken me from feeling 90 years old after 30 years on the Fire Dept. in 1991 to feeling better than I did when I was in my 20's, but in my 20's I drank a lot of beer and smoked as most firemen did, thinking we could build a tolerance to smoke, back in the 1950's and 60's.

Introduction Ozone is an unstable, but highly beneficial molecule. It's the tri-atomic form of oxygen: Instead of the normal arrangement of 2 atoms of oxygen (O2), ozone is comprised of 3 atoms of oxygen (O3) - or more!! with clean water ( I normally use distilled or spring water and avoid tap water, but use tap water if you have nothing else. The ozone will oxidize the harmful pathogens along with the undesirable contaminants in tap water). Run the generator for 5-10 minutes for a large glass of water and 20-25 minutes for a pitcher of water. The purpose of the ice is to make the water as cold as possible in order to absorb more ozone and hold onto it for a longer period of time. Room temperature water loses its ozone within a few minutes. Drink the ozonated water as soon as you can after making it. The ozone is constantly coming out of solution and will completely dissipate in about 20 minutes, so the sooner you drink it, the more ozone you'll get. Don't try to guzzle it because it's icy water, but keep on sipping it steadily until its all down. You can extend

the 'shelf life' of ozonated water by adding a couple of drops of ConcenTrace (available in most health food stores as a trace mineral supplement) to the water before you ozonate it. You can then bottle it and keep it in the refrigerator for a few days. Some ozone will attach itself to the minerals in ConcenTrace and prevent it from bubbling out of the water so quickly. A Note From Dennis Personal Water Use:I start with reverse osmosis water and pour it into a glass container and then using the I-H2O Machine restructure it. This brings the dines (surface measurement) to match the red blood cells, which allows better cellular absorption of the water, oxygen and nutrients. MRSA and Staph almost killed me

My experience with MRSA and Staph. I wish to share with you and your readers my experience with MRSA (Staph) and an antibiotic resistant Strep. Hopefully, my experience will be helpful to others who have had the misfortune of contracting these dreaded pathogens. I contracted the staph and strep simultaneously; my life and limb were at great risk. Both thighs, one calf, ankle and foot, scrotum, under-arms (lymph), lungs (temporarily lost lower lobe use of both), face, sinuses, and eyes were all visibly and loudly under attack. Antibiotics that were prescribed : Doxycycline , Amoxicillin, all cyclines and cillins, z-pack, Levaquin. The one that was next to be considered was IV

Vancomyacin, (the oral was ineffective). I had weeping swollen lesions and an overall scalded appearance. The lesions required care similiar to that of burns. Enter MMS, suggested by a friend. I had in fact spoken with Jim Humble about his work in Africa some years back. Upon attaining MMS I immediately began the following protocol: Day one, 6 drops MMS, 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar, 3Xday. Days two and three, 10 drops MMS, vinegar, 3Xday. I began to feel better. During the preceeding weeks I had great difficulty urinating and now the flow was completely normal. My leg that had swollen to

at least two times in size was rapidly returning to normal size I could wear real shoes by day 5. Days four through six, 16 drops MMS, vinegar, 3Xday, feeling better, but nauseated and even though I was sick I knew I was getting better and felt that it was a necessary purge. Given what came out of me I knew I would continue to cleanse until I had it all out! Day seven was incredible, the skin lesions were clearing up. I cut back to 10 drops, which eliminated the nausea. I continued the MMS, but reduced to four days on, three off for about 45 days. I took no MMS as I thought I was cleared. Pain throughout my body

due to the MRSA however was nearly unbearable. I took pain prescriptions constantly and it only allowed me to be able to be functional, never actually stopping the unrelenting pain. Same for insomnia. Then, I had a relapse indicated by gurgling lungs, completely stuffed up nose, bloodshot eyes, lesions starting in and malaise and deep joint pain. Enter Silver, specifically MSP1200, (Mild Silver Protein, 1200 PPM). I began getting the silver in an IV, 5mls, with immediate results. The combination of MMS and the Silver IV"s have proven to be most effective. I also applied the Silver topically, and used colloidal silver in my

eyes. Aloe Vera gel, Tea Tree Oil, Oil of Oregano are all great in helping to control the skin lesions. I continue to have periodic outbreaks, which I now understand are the result of a Mycoplasma carrying the blueprint of the Staph and Strep. Whenever I get symptomatic, I immediately begin the MMS and Silver IV's, with continued excellent results. The aspects that seem untouchable however are the continued pain, insomnia and periodic shortness of breath. I know I am one of the few that are surviving this and will give periodic updates. My followup testing proved I have no staph or strep present. The following are basic protective measures : *wash hands, don't share towels *anti- bacterial and anti-viral spray: equal parts of pure extracts that one can buy in grocery stores (Schillings etc.): peppermint, orange and lemon, put 1-2 capfuls in 8 oz water and put in spray bottles. The addition of colloidal silver is a bonus. Use freely on hands, in the air to inhale, in washing fruits and vegetables, dishes, clothing, on doors, etc. This has been tested in labs and hospitals in South America and Phoenix and proven to kill on contact viruses and bacteria. The commercial antibacterials are not as effective, don't rely on them. *If there is someone in your household who has a diagnosis, don't share personal products, razors, towels or bedding etc. Expose all fabrics to UV (ultraviolet light: direct sunlight), to kill germs. Use the above spray freely. If someone is in the hospital, use the spray on them and yourself and do not wear your shoes in the hospital and then into your home. *Try to get in the habit of leaving your shoes at the door and wear slippers in the house, otherwise you are bringing the germs you picked up outside into your home. *Common sense and

observation of how germs can be transmitted will heighten your awareness of how to be careful. Don't be paranoid, be practical. *Use MMS and Molecula Silver, support your immune system in all ways.
