Taking MMS depletes the body of Vitamin C and also

minerals, including magnesium. It is important to supplement with these

depleted items when you are not taking MMS - say 4-8 hours afterwards.

Magnesium depletion can lead to serious heart troubles!

Thanks, , take tons of both. I had heart problems prior to MMS.

Salt and vitamin C caused the same problem. I'm sure my heart is

infected.

I'm doing MMS at night before bed. At 6 drops my stools is just a bit more loose than normal in the morning. At 7 a bit too loose. Last night I tried 8 and it's just about liquid.

I've been at 6 drops for a couple of months!

Has anyone else gotten stuck at such a low level?

No other changes: I still have athletes foot and warts, things other people report quickly disappearing (on web sites).

I suppose I should up it to twice a day, but I worry about having the day affected by the runs or the MMS affected by my time-release vitamin C. ------------------------------------
