Guest guest
Hi Liz I'm taking the time to respond to your email. I've been taking MMS for two weeks now. I've started from one drop of MMS and increased it to six yesterday, and have tried it twice and three times a day. I have found the more drops you add, the more horrible it tastes but it does more work to empty your bowels. Yesterday was bad and I even went to sleep for two hours at teatime. What I have done, is taken it on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning and then take it again, one or two hours before going to bed. My brother just takes it once a day. The doseage and drops is entirely a matter of individual choice, but don't go overboard. My symptoms varied from coldness, stomach cramps, nausea and diahorrea (sorry if I had to describe this unpleasantly and openly). Liz, I understand your concerns about making regular visits to the restroom / bathroom, but to avoid or reduce this, wake up that extra hour early (e.g. 6am) and take it again at 9pm. Let me know how you get on, but also seek advice from other members on this thread too. Virendra from the UK.
Guest guest
I started mms a week ago at 6 drops and now do 9. If anything my stools are harder. I have never experienced nausia or loose stool from it. My wife tells me I smell like bleach. Also I used to have soft stools before I started on this. Has anyone else gotten stuck at such a low level? No other changes: I still have athletes foot and warts, things other people report quickly disappearing (on web sites). I suppose I should up it to twice a day, but I worry about having the day affected by the runs or the MMS affected by my time-release vitamin C. Guest guest
Hi It's important to remember everyone is going to experience similar or different range of withdrawl symptoms when taking MMS. , you should be experiencing loose bowels. I don't what else I can do or say at this point. I tried 10 drops today but drank less than half a glass / more than a quarter glass of water with it and was expecting a prolonged visit to the bathroom, but that hasn't happened. Guest guest
I agree with Virendra. I always take it on an empty stomach. I take mine mid morning and late at night just before I got to bed. I definitely have more bowl movement, but nothing disagreeable. Are you taking it with a little juice to dilute it a bit? You may just be going though some much needed detox/cleansing and will have to go with it for a few months. Guest guest
Hi Liz, Yes, I can tolerate very little MMS....when I tried to take it twice daily, couldn't handle more than 6 drops. I stayed at that level for over a month. I felt like I had a mild case of the flu...tired, achy, slighyly nauseated. This was in October of last year. I have cut back to once daily, only at bedtime...I have worked up to taking 12 drops this way. I alternate on/off weeks to allow my body to rest and recoup from the detox. I am making progress....getting some very deep level detoxification...just taking it slowly. I do take lots of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals etc on my off week to rebuild my system. Hope this gives you some reassurance. judi From: liz_brown67 <liz_brown67@...> Sent: Tuesday, May 19, 2009 8:55:05 AMSubject: [ ] Stuck at 6 drops I'm doing MMS at night before bed. Guest guest
Cheryl, Just a quick thought....if the juice you are using to dilute your MMS has ascorbic acid as a preservative ( and most of them do) you are deactivating your MMS....you might want to check the label. Any added form of vitamin C is counter-productive. judi From: Cheryl Young <qcyoung@...> Sent: Tuesday, May 19, 2009 11:56:26 AMSubject: RE: [ ] Re: Stuck at 6 drops I agree with Virendra. Guest guest
Yes, Judi. I had that experience already! Had to start all over! UGH! I kept thinking, “Wow! This is a breeze.” One of the kids saw ascorbic acid on the label. Went back to the store and found some without anything in them. Costco carries a gallon jug of organic apple juice that doesn’t have any ascorbic acid or anything else in it. Live and learn! Guest guest
Hi, thanks, yes it is reassuring to hear that some other people get stuck at a fairly low level for quite a while. The book and web pages so blithely talk of working up to 15 by increasing just about daily. I take it at night several hours after eating just before bed. The stomach probably still has some food but not a lot. (The one time tried it in the morning before breakfast I almost immediately vomited, so my totally empty stomach really does not like MMS.) The first several weeks I'd feel almost like a low voltage electricity a few minutes after taking it. I don't feel that now, but I'm still at 6 drops. In have noticed when I stop it for a day or two I have harder stools than I used to before I heard of MMS. But with MMS no problem getting the gunk out. The idea I might be going through some sort of gradual detox makes sense, I have never done any kind of detox. Could be dealing with eveything from dental mercury to intestinal bugs picked up in third world countries over the years to whatever the liver and kidneys are supposed to get cleansed of, all of it sub-clinical. I do feel a lot healthier than a few months ago, don't know whether to attribute that to MMS, 4000 units a day of Vitamin D3, 2 TBSP a day of cold pressed flax seed oil for Omega 3, or bouncing on my mini-tramp, all of which started at about the same time. (I decided to really focus on improving my health.) It feels good to feel good. To wake up wanting to get out of bed instead of wanting to just lie there feeling cozy. Guest guest
Hello, Yes, I too was stuck at 5 drops for about 3 months with terrible diarrhea. You have an intestinal problem that you must address first and foremost. Chances are very good that you have parasites and likely a bad case of candida. I did 2 boxes of Paragone (www.renewlife.com or Whole Foods) for 30 days. Next, I did their Candigone for 30 days. Then I've done 13 Hulda liver flushes (www.curezone.com/cleanse/liver). I also take mega-doses of probiotics (2-6 pills a day). Now I can get up to 10 drops (5 drops 2X) and even as high as 8 drops at a go with no diarrhea. I have not tried to go higher. Good luck, Brad

I had to go to work and almost fell of my bike of discomfort. It seemed to me that i was taken out of the body thats how nauseated i was.People at the street were staring at me when biking along. Throughout the day pain in my stomach then down in the guts and the liver. Taking probiotica did not seem to help The worst lasted about 3 hours but almost the whole day , i did organize a barbcue (gross, all that meat) as well and could eat the meat without much restraint. 2009-05-01 2. 01.00 hrs 15 drops 45 activator , slept well had some nausea ..diarhoea 2009-05-01 1. 1600 hrs 15 drops/ change of activator due to stomach pain : 25 drops of white wine vinegar no stomach pains, more pain in the guts later at on 0200 hrs. when i was sleeping but maybe because i had eaten brown beans.i did some jogging though in the evening and that went well. 2009-05-02 in the morning still diarhoea, did not feel bad , but still gut pains, i decide to cut back drops because of the pain. 2009-05-02 20.00 hrs 8 drops mms/ 15 drops activator white , thick throat sensations , feeling full in the stomach, relaxation of the throat later on. feeling okay, in the morning feeling more energetic, mild liver pain 2009-05-03 16.30 hrs 7 drops mms / 15 activator wwv ,good feeling ,especially because i did eat one hour before intake 2009-05-04 0900 hrs 9 drops mms / 17 activator wwv feeling stoned, mild pain in the gut, totally fucntioning, bloodpressure 88/148 2009-05-04 17.30 hrs 6 drops mms/10 activator wwv not a thing unless a little bit drowsy 2009-05-04 1900 hrs 8 drops mms/14 activator wwv first hours a little bit nausea 2009-05-05 14.30u hrs 9 drops mms / 14 activator wwv pain in the left side of the face (teeth/jaw), pain in the stomach and lower regions for 2 hours 2009-05-06 1200 hrs 6 drops mms / 10 activator wwv did not eat the whole dayexcept in the evening, slight pains ,no feeling of hunger , feeling alert Till now it works rather okay for me some effects are very probably beyond my scope of perception, i feel more alert, more aware , more 'bussineslike', more 'matter of fact', in combination with coffee i act to my taste too busy, like overconfident In general , the feeling of hunger goes away and when you eat there is some detachment in eating, you taste ist but from a distance Because the stuff is pure chemical, by man-extracted so tot say, i would not be surprised to some nasty side effects, maybe in the long term? The impression is that there is during using MMS there is less memory functioning available The mental effects of one dose do not last for more than about 9 hours The most important thing in the use of this, is that you start slowly, maybe even beginning with half a drop , as a friend of mine said who used a lot of drugs in the old days: " you only needed one drop of LSD " . This is an exaggeration 2009-05-07 1500u 3 drops MMS/5 activator no hunger feeling okay 2100 hrs 4 drops MMS /8 wwv activator doing the nightshift at my wordk okay 2009-05-08 1700 hrs 5 drops MMS/ 7 wwv activator, full of energy at work no problems 2009-05-09 1400hrs 6 dropsmms/11 wwv activator slight diarheoea 2009-05-09 2100hrs idem 2009-05-10 nothing 2009-05-11 twice 5 drops mms / 10 activator within 4 hours no problem 2009-05-12 twice 5 drops mms / 10 activator within 1 hour , the first dose was okay, with the second massive diaroeha i stopped taking in to restore my system > > Hi, thanks, yes it is reassuring to hear that some other people get stuck at a fairly low level for quite a while. Guest guest
Yes, I am at 5 drops. I started MMS in October of 2007. It seems to affect my heart so I'm taking it nice and slow. I'm gradually feeling better so I guess it is working. As soon as spring activities slow down, I will see if I can take 6 drops a day. Carmen liz_brown67 wrote: > I'm doing MMS at night before bed. Guest guest
Hello, I just received my first bottle of MMS today. In the package, there's a paper describing the standard MMS Protocol by Jim Humble. It says: " Do two doses a day, one in the morning and one in the evening on a light stomack (not empty, but not full - some bread or a banana is good) " Take care, > > I'm doing MMS at night before bed. Guest guest
Taking MMS depletes the body of Vitamin C and also minerals, including magnesium. It is important to supplement with these depleted items when you are not taking MMS - say 4-8 hours afterwards. Magnesium depletion can lead to serious heart troubles! from Israel > > I'm doing MMS at night before bed. At 6 drops my stools is just a bit more loose than normal in the morning. Guest guest
Hello Carmen, You might want to take Pau D'Arco tea, as it contains Co-Q10 and is a powerful antifungal. Co-Q10 is good for the heart and if your heart is infected, a good antifungal herb is in order. from Israel > >> > >>> I'm doing MMS at night before bed.
